My Maid Service provides customized residential cleaning services that are regularly scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or just on a one time basis. Each home is custom priced to ensure our cleaning will meet your needs and budget.

We are currently offering Maid Services to all of Warren County- Mason, Kings Mills, South Lebanon, Lebanon, Waynesville, Springboro, Carlisle, Franklin, Oregonia, Loveland, Landen, Maineville, Morrow, & Clarksville.

Butler County- West Chester, Liberty Township, Hamilton, Fairfield, Sharonville, Pisgah, Monroe & Middletown.

Clermont County- Loveland, Milford, & Blanchester.

Hamilton County- All areas inside the 275 loop.

 Here are a few of the services that My Maid Service offers. Service cost varies on location, size of home, condition of home and frequency of cleaning schedule.

Initial and/or Spring clean
This clean includes the following:

Throughout your entire home we will
Wash glass doors and sidelights inside and out
Hand wash all reachable light fixtures and ceiling fans
Spot wash walls and or wallpaper
Wipe light switch plates for finger smudges
Hand wash woodwork including baseboards, doors, banisters and exterior of cabinets
Polish furniture with polish and rag
Clean all knickknacks
Picture frames dusted and polished
Unmade beds will be made
Cobwebs removed both high and low
We will do minimum pick up and straightening
Vacuum and edge all carpets and rugs
Vacuum sweep and mop all hard floors

Bathrooms
Clean and disinfect sinks and vanities
Disinfect toilet inside and out
Remove buildup from showers and tubs
Polish mirrors and chrome fixtures
Track lighting will be dusted and clear bulbs wiped clean

Kitchen
Clean and disinfect sinks and countertops
Clean range top
Disinfect microwave inside and out
Polish exposed sides of appliances and counter décor

 Optional Add on’s include:
Refrigerator cleaned and disinfected
Clean inside oven and or range top
Vacuum upholstered furniture
Wash inside of reachable windows, sill’s, ledges and tracks

Maintenance Clean:
This clean includes the following:

Throughout your home we will
Wool Dust window sills, ledges and blinds
Wool Dust woodwork such as shelves, baseboards, doors, light fixtures and ceiling fans
Wool Dust picture frames and knickknacks
Polish furniture with polish and rag
Remove cobwebs both high and low
Clean light switch plates for finger smudges
Empty trash cans and clean ash trays should you smoke in the home
Polish all glass doors and sidelights
Vacuum all carpets and rugs unless they require a shake
Vacuum sweep and mop all hard floors accordingly

Bathrooms
Clean and disinfect sinks and vanities
Disinfect tubs and showers
Disinfect toilet inside and out
Polish mirrors and chrome fixtures
Track lighting will be dusted

 Kitchen
Clean and disinfect sinks and countertops
Clean range top
Disinfect microwave inside and out

Move-in clean

This clean includes the following:
